Two-cylinder gas-liquid peeling device with barophoresis receiver

Fengda AS-196A is a gas-liquid peeling machine with an aero brush. Piston, oil-free, with two cylinders and a receiver that stabilizes the working pressure and forms an air supply, which removes possible pulsation. The most powerful of the presented line, allows you to use several airbrushes at the same time. In the case of using two airbrushes at the same time, the diameters of the nozzles should not exceed 0.3 mm, and the location of the tank should be at the top.

At the outlet of this device, a reducer with a filter-moisture separator is installed, which allows you to adjust the air pressure supplied to the airbrush, as well as clean it from moisture, which is extremely undesirable during operation. The compressor is also equipped with a so-called "pressure switch" (automatic pressure regulator), which turns the compressor on/off depending on the air consumption.

Distinctive feature of the compressor: a metal casing which protects the compressor during transportation. Additionally, the compressor has 2 stands for airbrushes, a carrying handle.

Has two modes of operation. The first is the main one, in which the pressure switch controls the air supply and maintains the desired pressure level in the receiver. Most comfortable for airbrushing. And the second one is technical, operating at maximum pressures and controlled only by a bleed valve. Suitable for working with several airbrushes at the same time or any other tasks involving constant air consumption.

The low noise level allows the compressor to be used both at home and in other places where relative silence is required. The volume of this model is comparable to that of a domestic refrigerator.

The piston system does not use any lubricants, which greatly simplifies its maintenance and extends its service life.

Operate the compressor in a dry, clean, well ventilated area. Follow the recommendations when working with the compressor (20-30 minutes of continuous operation, 15 minutes of break).

For ease of use, you can also complete the compressor with a longer hose, a quick-release connector, a filter-moisture separator for the air brush itself or adapters, if a non-standard outlet is installed on the airbrush.
